The short version. There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number or payment details. The game keeps your progress, shows anonymous times on a leaderboard, and shows ads. Nothing else leaves your device.
Obby Parkour: Digital Circus is published by Nobio Social. You can reach us any time at nobiogames@gmail.com. This policy covers the Android app and the browser version of the game.
| Data | Why | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| An anonymous player ID | So your best time can be yours and not someone else's. It is a random identifier — it is not linked to a name, an e-mail address or a device owner. | On our game server, and on your device |
| Game progress: checkpoint reached, run time, deaths, jumps, gold, unlocked characters | So you can close the game and come back where you left off, and so the leaderboard has something to rank. | On your device; best times also on our game server |
| The nickname you play under | Shown to other players in the same room and on the leaderboard. On the web version this comes from your CrazyGames profile if you have one; otherwise it is generated. | On our game server while you play |
| Your position in the level, 20 times a second, while you are online | So other players can see you move, and so the server can tell honest movement from cheating. It is not stored after the session ends. | In memory on our game server, discarded when you leave |
| Advertising ID and basic device information | Used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads. See section 3. | Handled by Google, not stored by us |
| Gameplay events: a run starting, a checkpoint reached, a death, a run finishing, an ad being shown or rewarded — with values like the checkpoint number, run time, and death/skip counts | Sent to Firebase Analytics so we can see which parts of the game are played and where players get stuck. See “Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics” below for when this is collected. | Handled by Google (Firebase), not stored by us |
| Crash reports: stack traces and device state at the moment of a crash | Sent to Firebase Crashlytics so we can find and fix bugs. See “Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics” below for when this is collected. | Handled by Google (Firebase), not stored by us |
The Android app uses two separate Firebase services, and only on Android — the browser version does not include Firebase at all:
Through these two services, Google also processes an advertising/device identifier and an approximate location (country/region level, derived from your IP address — the game itself never asks for location access and does not request the GPS or location permission).
This collection sits behind an age and region gate, and starts turned off. Nothing is sent to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics — not even a basic "app opened" event — for a player who is treated as a child. For every other player, collection only switches on in a region where consent for this kind of collection is not legally required — broadly, outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, this collection stays off, full stop, no matter how you answer the advertising consent form described in section 3 below: that form tells us whether you agreed to personalised ads, not whether you agreed to analytics or crash reporting specifically, so we do not use it to turn either one on.
Google's own policy explains how Firebase data is handled: Firebase and privacy — data storage, security, and processing.
No precise location (no GPS, no location permission requested), no contacts, no camera or microphone access, no photos, no e-mail address, no phone number, no payment information. The Android app requests exactly two permissions: internet access, and the advertising ID used by AdMob.
The Android version shows ads through Google AdMob. The browser version shows ads through the CrazyGames platform. Ads appear in three places: a banner in the menu, a short ad when a run starts, and rewarded ads you choose to watch (to skip a checkpoint, or to claim a daily gold bonus). A rewarded ad is never forced — you always start it yourself, and closing it early simply means no reward.
Ad providers may use your advertising ID to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure whether an ad worked, and — where you have consented — to personalise what you are shown. Google's own policy explains this in detail: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
If you are in a region covered by the GDPR, the game shows Google's consent form the first time you open it, before any ad is requested and before the advertising SDK starts. You can change your answer later from the settings screen inside the game. This form is about advertising only — it does not turn on Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics; as explained in section 2, those stay off entirely for players in this region.
This game is listed for a mixed audience — children and adults. The first time you open it, the game asks for your age in a neutral way, before any advertising code runs. If the answer indicates a child, the app tells Google to treat the session as child-directed: ads are restricted to a general audience rating, and personalised advertising is switched off. The same answer also keeps that session out of Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics entirely — see section 2. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to nobiogames@gmail.com and we will remove it.
Your live position data is discarded the moment you leave a room. Your anonymous ID and best times stay on our server so the leaderboard keeps working; write to us and we will delete them. Progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the game, and you can reset it at any time from inside the game — the "start over" option in the pause menu clears your run.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed here.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will also be announced in the game's store listing.
